Our soft opening will begin in spring 2024. Immerse yourself in a world of culinary fusion where tradition and modernity meet. Our location in the former thermal power plant not only offers you a unique atmosphere, but also a first-class culinary journey that takes you directly to Japan.

At lunchtime you can expect a daily changing selection of Japanese street food dishes. From bowls to delicious ramen soups and karage to tempting desserts, we have it all for you.

In the evening you can order the best quality sushi from us either on site or for collection yourself and then enjoy at home. Or simply order our omakase menu and be surprised.

In addition to our restaurant in the "Monk Shop", discover a variety of authentic Japanese and Asian products: from foods such as our specially produced sauces and stocks, to ingredients for your next Asian cooking evening or Japanese sweets for in between, to unknown specialties Find it in our shop.
